    Product Information

    Enameled Flat wire is made of oxygen free copper or electrical aluminum rod, which are drawn or extruded by the specification mould. They are mainly used in the windings of electrical equipment such as transformer, reactor and etc. According to the different insulating paint, it can be divided into 6 categories:

    • 130 — Polyester enameled flat wires  QZ
    • 155 — Modified polyester enameled flat wires  QZG

    • 🔶 Soft Copper Flat Wire — Complies with GB5584.2-2009. At 20℃, resistivity ≤ 0.017241 Ω·mm²/m, meeting different mechanical strength requirements.
    • 🔷 Soft Aluminum Flat Wire — Complies with GB5584.3-2009. At 20℃, resistivity ≤ 0.02801 Ω·mm²/m. Film thickness options: thin film 0.06–0.11 mm or thick film 0.12–0.17 mm, depending on insulation requirements.
    ⚠️ Note: The self-adhesive layer of hot adhesive enameled flat wire is generally 0.03–0.06 mm thick. Thickness is monitored with a dielectric loss meter.
