Equipped with a reliable self-adhesive layer, this enameled flat wire is fabricated from high-quality oxygen-free copper or electrical aluminum rod, processed through drawing, extrusion, and special adhesive coating. It is designed for windings that require stable fixation without additional adhesives, such as high-density transformers, precision reactors, and electronic coils. Based on insulating paint and self-adhesive properties, it covers six core categories, including specialized self-adhesive variants:
● QQ/QQN (120℃): Polyvinyl Acetal/Self-adhesive Polyvinyl Acetal – core self-adhesive type with reinforced adhesion via heating
● QZ (130℃): Polyester – non-self-adhesive base type (optional self-adhesive coating)
● QZG (155℃): Modified Polyester – non-self-adhesive (custom self-adhesive available)
● QZY (180℃): Polyester Imide – non-self-adhesive (custom self-adhesive available)
● Q(ZY/XY) (200℃): Composite Layer – non-self-adhesive (custom self-adhesive available)
● QXY (220℃): Polyamide Imide – non-self-adhesive (custom self-adhesive available)
