    This enameled flat wire takes high-quality oxygen-free copper or electrical aluminum rod as raw materials, which are strictly processed through drawing and extrusion by specification-specific molds to ensure uniform conductor structure. Its primary application lies in the windings of electrical equipment that demand stable operation at elevated temperatures, including heavy-duty transformers, high-frequency reactors, and industrial inverters. Based on the insulation paint formulation, it is categorized into six core types to match different thermal requirements:

    Soft copper flat wire adheres to GB5584.2-2009, with resistivity ≤0.017241Ω.mm²/m at 20℃, available in three mechanical strength grades (C1/C2/C3).

    Soft aluminum flat wire complies with GB5584.3-2009, with resistivity ≤0.02801Ω.mm²/m at 20℃, ensuring efficient electrical conductivity.

    Insulation & Thermal Performance

    Insulation thickness options include thin film (0.06-0.11mm) and thick film (0.12-0.17mm), while self-adhesive layers range from 0.03-0.06mm, all monitored by professional dielectric loss meters. Key thermal performance highlights:
