    Engineered for durability in vibration-prone environments, this enameled flat wire is made of high-strength oxygen-free copper or electrical aluminum rod, processed through precision drawing and extrusion to enhance mechanical stability. It is widely used in windings of electrical equipment subject to vibration or mechanical stress, such as automotive transformers, industrial pumps, and heavy machinery reactors. Based on insulating paint types, it is divided into six categories with outstanding mechanical performance:

    ● QQ/QQN (120℃): Polyvinyl Acetal/Self-adhesive – good scratch resistance and flexibility

    ● QZ (130℃): Polyester – high mechanical strength and scratch resistance (ideal for vibration environments)

    ● QZG (155℃): Modified Polyester – excellent shock resistance and mechanical strength

    ● QZY (180℃): Polyester Imide – robust mechanical performance and heat shock resistance

    ● Q(ZY/XY) (200℃): Composite Layer – balanced mechanical and chemical resistance

    ● QXY (220℃): Polyamide Imide – reliable mechanical stability in high-temperature conditions
