    Engineered specifically for transformer windings, this enameled flat wire is crafted from high-conductivity oxygen-free copper or electrical aluminum rod, processed through precision drawing and extrusion to meet the strict requirements of transformer operation. It is widely used in power transformers, distribution transformers, and special transformers, providing excellent insulation, conductivity, and thermal stability. Based on the insulating paint’s performance, it is divided into six specialized categories:

    ● QQ/QQN: 120℃ Polyvinyl Acetal/Self-adhesive Polyvinyl Acetal Enameled Flat Wire (excellent transformer oil resistance)

    ● QZ: 130℃ Polyester Enameled Flat Wire (high mechanical strength for transformer windings)

    ● QZG: 155℃ Modified Polyester Enameled Flat Wire (good shock resistance for stable transformer operation)

    ● QZY: 180℃ Polyester Imide Enameled Flat Wire (high heat resistance for high-power transformers)

    ● Q(ZY/XY): 200℃ Polyester Imide/Polyamide-Imide Composite Enameled Flat Wire (comprehensive performance for harsh transformer environments)

    ● QXY: 220℃ Polyamide Imide Enameled Flat Wire (superior chemical resistance for special transformers)

    Copper conductors comply with GB5584.2-2009, with low resistivity (≤0.017241Ω.mm²/m at 20℃) to reduce transformer energy loss.
