    Designed for versatility, this enameled flat wire is fabricated from high-purity oxygen-free copper or electrical aluminum rod, processed by drawing and extrusion with molds tailored to specific dimensions. It is widely used in the windings of various electrical equipment, including power transformers, distribution reactors, and electronic inverters, providing reliable insulation and conductive performance. Based on the type of insulating paint, it is divided into six categories to cover different application scenarios:

    ● QQ/QQN: 120℃ Polyvinyl Acetal/Self-adhesive Polyvinyl Acetal Enameled Flat Wire

    ● QZ: 130℃ Polyester Enameled Flat Wire

    ● QZG: 155℃ Modified Polyester Enameled Flat Wire

    ● QZY: 180℃ Polyester Imide Enameled Flat Wire
