Product Information
Designed for versatility, this enameled flat wire is fabricated from high-purity oxygen-free copper or electrical aluminum rod, processed by drawing and extrusion with molds tailored to specific dimensions. It is widely used in the windings of various electrical equipment, including power transformers, distribution reactors, and electronic inverters, providing reliable insulation and conductive performance. Based on the type of insulating paint, it is divided into six categories to cover different application scenarios:
● QQ/QQN: 120℃ Polyvinyl Acetal/Self-adhesive Polyvinyl Acetal Enameled Flat Wire
● QZ: 130℃ Polyester Enameled Flat Wire
● QZG: 155℃ Modified Polyester Enameled Flat Wire
● QZY: 180℃ Polyester Imide Enameled Flat Wire
● Q(ZY/XY): 200℃ Polyester Imide/Polyamide-Imide Composite Enameled Flat Wire
● QXY: 220℃ Polyamide Imide Enameled Flat Wire

Conductor width (b): 2.00-16.00mm (supports custom width ratios)
Insulation thickness: Thin film (0.06-0.11mm) or thick film (0.12-0.17mm)
Self-adhesive layer thickness (for QQ/QQN): 0.03-0.06mm

Aluminum conductors comply with GB5584.3-2009, with resistivity ≤0.02801Ω.mm²/m at 20℃, balancing cost and performance.
Each insulation category adheres to international standards (GB/T 7095 series, IEC 60317) and passes strict tests (GB/T 4074, IEC 60851) for breakdown voltage, scratch resistance, and solvent resistance.
