Continuously transposed cable (CTC) is a type of winding wires weaved by certain number of strips of enameled rectangular wires in two ranks according to special tectonics and wrapped by special insulation material. It is mainly used for large-scale oil-immersed power transformers, reactors and large-capacity dry type transformers.

CTC conductor can improve using rate of winding space, min-ish volume and reduce cost, most of all, it decline the loss of circumference and eddy loss caused by leaking of magnetic field and also has advantages of improving machine strength of winding and saving winding time.

Transposed wire is mainly used in the winding of large oil immersed power transformers,reactors and large capacity dry-type transformers.

Continuously Transposed conductors(CTC)is the important material for transformer winding. It has the advantage of well using of space, low eddy current loss, high mechanical strength and less time of coil winding.

    Max overall dimension :height : 120mm , width 26mm ( tolerance ± 0.05mm )

    Dimension of enameled wire:

    Single conductor : Thickness a:0.90-3.15mm(tolerance±0.01mm ),

    Width b:2.50-13.00mm (tolerance±0.01mm)

    Suggested width/thickness ration of single conductor:2.0<b/a<9.0.

    Suggested thickness of enamel insulation : 0.08-0.12mm;thickness of bondable epoxy resin: 0.03-0.05 mm.
