    Product Information

    Enameled Flat wire is made of oxygen free copper or electrical aluminum rod, which are drawn or extruded by the specification mould. They are mainly used in the windings of electrical equipment such as transformer, reactor and etc. According to the different insulating paint, it can be divided into 6 categories:

    Soft copper flat wire of enameled flat wire complies with the provisions of GB5584 2-2009. When 20℃, resistivity ≤ 0.017241 Ω·mm²/m, according to different mechanical strength requirements.

    Soft aluminum flat wire of enameled flat wire complies with the provisions of GB5584.3-2009. When 20℃, resistivity ≤ 0.02801 Ω·mm²/m. According to different insulation requirements, can choose thin film from 0.06 to 0.11mm or thick film from 0.12 to 0.17mm.

    The thickness of hot adhesive enameled flat wire self-adhesive layer is generally from 0.03 to 0.06mm. Our company monitors the thickness with dielectric loss meter.
