Designed to withstand harsh chemical environments, this enameled flat wire is fabricated from high-quality oxygen-free copper or electrical aluminum rod, processed through precision drawing and extrusion. It is specially suited for windings in electrical equipment operating in solvent-exposed or corrosive conditions, such as chemical industry reactors, marine electrical devices, and oilfield equipment. Based on insulating paint properties, it is classified into six categories with strong solvent and corrosion resistance:
- QQ / QQN · 120℃ Polyvinyl Acetal / Self-adhesive Polyvinyl Acetal – good hydrolysis and transformer oil resistance
- QZ · 130℃ Polyester – basic solvent resistance for general corrosive environments
- QZG · 155℃ Modified Polyester – enhanced solvent and shock resistance
- QZY · 180℃ Polyester Imide – excellent chemical solvent and heat shock resistance
- Q(ZY/XY) · 200℃ Polyester Imide / Polyamide-Imide Composite – superior refrigerant, solvent, and radiation resistance
- QXY · 220℃ Polyamide Imide – top-tier chemical solvent resistance
Conductors (copper/aluminum) comply with GB5584 series standards, ensuring stable conductivity even in corrosive environments.
Insulation layers are tested to GB/T 4074 and IEC 60851 standards, with breakdown voltage values of 1000V (Grade 1) and 2000V (Grade 2) at room temperature.
